I am a small-framed adult with neck problems. My chiropractor suggested that I tried the kids' sized pillows that they had at the office. It worked for a while but wouldn't accommodate what I needed when I layed on my side, so I tried this one. I have to say that the large side fits me perfectly! While the pillow itself is MUCH smaller than an adult sized pillow, I'll put up with it! It would also be great for a travel sized pillow for people who need decent neck support.
