Rainy day activity:

My 6 year old and 3 year old enjoy playing this. It's pretty durable (so far) and the boys have yet to use the putters as light sabers (so that's good).
It's a nice toy to have when you are stuck inside.

GATOR GOLF:

Bought this for my son for his 2d bday. The age on the product is 3+ so I probably should have waited another year. Initially he liked it but now likes to swing the clubs around more than try and hit the ball into the gators mouth. Overall its a cute little toy and maybe eventually he'll get the idea.

Waste of Money:

cheap plastic head. doesn't respond easily to the ball coming in its mouth. basic mechanics. no electricity. complete waste of money.

Choking hazard indeed:

So Sunday afternoon--or "Family Game Day" as my sister likes to call it--I went over to play a couple rounds of Gator Golf with my nephew, little Harris. He's only like four or whatever, but it's never too early to start kids thinking about the pressures and realities of a life on the pro tour.
Anyway, little Harris got himself into a bad lie off the fairway on the ninth. The ball had rolled into the seam between the kitchen and the living room, in that dangerous rough where linoleum meets shag. "Bad... more info
